Teacher Training
A rewarding career happens in several stages. Metro Beauty Academy firmly believes in the importance of quality education so we have established the perfect combination of training and real-life experience to create a balanced environment with which to educate the next generation of beauty professionals. We understand the industry and we want to instill that knowledge within you.
Not only does Metro Beauty Academy offer beginning professionals the tools to succeed in their desired cosmetology or esthetics field, but we strive to act as an advocate for current practicing professionals to further their education through our teacher’s program.
Future teaching professionals will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to guide their students into a fulfilling career. By working alongside an experienced professional cosmetology or esthetics teacher, you will benefit from hands-on training.

Teacher Program Scholarships

Interview Process
–All selected applicants will be asked to interview with the school prior to being considered for a scholarship.
–All selected scholarship winners will finalize the details of the enrollment with the Admission Director prior to the start of the program.
Arrangements
–Scholarship winners will receive a 50% tuition scholarship towards
Metro Beauty Academy’s 500 hour Teachers Program.
–Attractive financing options for remaining tuition to be reviewed during the interview process.
–Scholarship winners, who do not complete, withdraw from the program, or fail to meet the satisfactory progress status before completion will forfeit the scholarship and be responsible for the amount of tuition as per the refund policy stated in the student handbook.
–Kit and Registration Fee will be paid prior to class start and is not included in the scholarship amount.
–Upon licensure scholarship winners are guaranteed to be added to the substitute teachers list at Metro Beauty Academy with the possibility of part time or full time employment.
– Hours for the Teacher’s Program are:
- Full Time Schedule- Monday—Friday 9-4pm
- Part Time Schedule- Monday—Tuesday 9-4pm and 1-Scheduled Clinic Day
